San Francisco

This entry is coming a little late, but on Saturday, Rae and I travelled to the City to check out an art exhibition at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts with Susan. Prior, we were wandering along Mission Street, eating lunch at the park and taking photographs of churches, walls, the SFMOMA, and birds with strange protuberances on their feet and heads!

We checked out a set of anti-war protest art pieces at The LAB. Saturday was the last day, and when we arrived, they were starting to take down the pieces. Boo! Fortunately, enough pieces were still standing to get a feel for the exhibition’s tone (i.e. decidedly against the current administration).

For dinner, we headed to Charanga, a tapas restaurant on Mission Street. We were accompanied by Dardy and Steven. As usual, I took my requisite set of photos. Here they are.
