A user of Annoture has discovered an incompatibility between the recently released iView Media Pro 3.1 and Annoture 0.92. Annotations from iView to Aperture do not work. I’m investigating the problem and hope to have a fix soon. If you use iView, consider using version 3.0.2 instead of 3.1.
When iView released version 3.0, they changed some of the AppleScript dictionary terms making scripts developed for previous versions of the product fail horribly. They fixed this problem in 3.0.1 days later. Let’s hope that the fix is something similar.
I also have the shaking suspicion that Aperture 1.1.1 changed the underlying SQLite Database. Annoture has been running much more slowly when paired with Aperture 1.1.1. More stuff to look into!
